Edvia provides online educational courses for Sri Lankan government school students from Grades 6 to 11.

If the student is under 18, consent is given by a parent or guardian
Services Offered
Edvia offers:
Online subject-based classes (Grades 6–11)
Live Zoom classes integrated into our LMS
Recorded lessons (if provided)
Learning materials and assignments
All services are delivered online only.
User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
Login credentials must be kept confidential
Sharing accounts with others is strictly prohibited
Edvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
Payments & Pricing
Payments are processed via PayHere
Edvia currently operates under PayHere Freelancer mode
We do not store payment card or bank details
Course fees are clearly displayed before payment
By completing a payment, you agree to PayHere’s Terms and Conditions as well.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are non-refundable once access to a course is granted
Missed classes due to student absence are not refundable
Edvia may reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances
Any refund exceptions are at Edvia’s sole discretion.
Zoom Classes & Technical Requirements
Students must have a stable internet connection and a compatible device
Edvia is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
Internet failures
Power cuts
Device or software issues
Zoom meetings may be recorded only with prior notice
Student Conduct
Students must:
Attend classes respectfully
Avoid disruptive behavior during Zoom sessions
Not record or redistribute class content without permission
Edvia reserves the right to remove any student who violates conduct rules.
Intellectual Property
All content including:
Videos
Notes
Slides
LMS materials
are the intellectual property of Edvia.
❌ Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Data Protection
Use of Edvia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect user data.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Edvia shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Academic results or examination outcomes
Technical interruptions beyond our control
Our role is to provide educational support, not guaranteed results.
