Accessed immediately after payment

Refund Policy
❌ General Rule
All payments made to Edvia are non-refundable once:

Course access is granted, or

Zoom class details are shared, or
-
LMS login credentials are issued
✅ Possible Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:

A technical error on our platform prevents access and

The issue cannot be resolved by our support team, or

A class is permanently cancelled by Edvia
⚠️ Refund decisions are made at Edvia’s sole discretion.
Missed Classes

Missed classes due to student absence, internet issues, power failures, or personal reasons are not refundable

Students are encouraged to attend classes on time with a stable internet connection
Course Changes & Rescheduling
Edvia reserves the right to:

Reschedule classes

Change instructors

Modify lesson plans
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Payment Gateway (PayHere)

All payments are securely processed via PayHere

Edvia does not store card or bank details

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via PayHere according to their timelines and policies
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a duplicate payment occurs due to a system error:

Please contact us within 7 days

Valid duplicate payments may be refunded after verification
Freelancer Business Model
Edvia currently operates under PayHere Freelancer mode.
All payments and refunds are handled legally within this framework.
